The ground floor and first floor have plenty of windows that give a light and airy feel to the living space. Two single beds are available in each bedroom, with two sofa beds in the open-plan lounge.

A barbecue area, outdoor seating on two large tables, and free on-site parking are available for guests. Sun loungers and beach chairs are provided, along with a sun terrace and lush garden.
Location
Georgioupolis Beach is a 15-minute walk from the villa. The Archaeological Museum of Rethymno is 23 km away, and Chania International Airport is 49 km from the property. The walk into Georgioupolis is downhill and takes around 15 minutes, with taxi rides from the village's main square costing around 5 Euros.
